This qualification has been designed to provide learners with the knowledge to pursue a career in canine care. If you are starting out or already working as a dog trainer but want an AIM qualification, this course is for you.

Start a rewarding career

You will understand the basics of canine anatomy, physiology and behaviour and will be able to provide care, including physical enrichment for canines in their care.

Understand how to communicate with dogs

You will also learn the beginnings of dog training methods. There is a 9 month completion time for this course.

Rebecca Hanlon

Rebecca believes that the most important thing is to build a trusting, loving relationship between humans and dogs and that the key to a successful partnership is great communication. ​Rebecca spends many hours studying, attending conferences, workshops and other forms of continued professional development so that she keeps up to date with new scientific methodology and is constantly expanding her knowledge in all things dogs.
